Prior to his executive search work, Mr. Lawner was President of the Americas for Acorn Computers Ltd., the leading interactive educational company in Europe with revenues in excess of $400 million. At Acorn, Mr. Lawner grew this new venture from 1-75 employees with $3 million in revenue in two years.

Prior to this Mr. Lawner held various senior positions at Sony Corporation, Microcomputer, Data General Corporation (EMC) and Digital Equipment Corporation (Compaq/HP). Mr. Lawner started his career with Bunker-Ramo Corporation where he assisted in the design and implementation of system software for the NASDAQ Stock Exchange.
